Keep dogs on leash when dropping-off or picking up

Morning Drop-off:

Between 7:30 am - 8:30 am

Running groups starts at 8:30 a.m.

Structured breaks and down time are scheduled through the day

Special care for the puppies in grassed play areas.

Afternoon Pick-up:

Between 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

What To Bring

Please pack the following items in a labeled shopping bag:

  • Lunch (optional)

  • Rain coat (winter/rain) and Towel (all seasons)

  • Collar - Harnesses will be removed and stored in bag provided

Please note:

  • If you want to bring your dog’s bed please know that we cannot guarantee that it won’t get chewed or damaged.

  • If there is no warning of destructive behaviors, any damage to crates or kennels will be invoiced.

We will provide food bowls and water buckets.

Fees

$52 per day

Price includes GST.

NEW: Daycare Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because daycare spaces are reserved specifically for your pup, we kindly ask for advance notice when cancelling or rescheduling.

  • 24+ hours before your scheduled daycare day: Cancel or reschedule with no cancellation fee.

  • Less than 24 hours before your scheduled daycare day: A 50% cancellation fee of the daycare service will apply.

  • Same-day cancellation: A 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled daycare service will apply.

  • No-show: A 100% cancellation fee will apply.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows: After repeated occurrences, a deposit or prepayment may be required to reserve future daycare bookings.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen. If something comes up, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to be understanding and work with you when circumstances arise.
