  • 48+ hours before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with no cancellation fee.

  • 24–48 hours before your appointment: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled grooming service will apply.

  • Within 24 hours of your appointment: A 100% cancellation fee of the scheduled grooming service will apply.

  • No-shows: A 100% cancellation fee will apply.

  • Late arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment needing to be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled. A cancellation fee may apply.
