Boarding Includes:

  • Eight hours of play in open-air, fully-fenced fields 

  • Dogs play together

  • Fully covered kennels for rest times and lunch breaks 

  • Fully supervised play at all times by dog handlers

  • Organized play groups — large dogs in one field, small to medium dogs in a separate field 

  • Open farm-like grass setting, one-acre play areas with 9 ft fencing

  • Special care for puppies with separate supervised puppy play area 

  • Human interaction all day

  • 24-hour onsite care 

  • One-hour evening playtime 

  • Heated and air-conditioned kennel barn 

What To Bring

In a labeled shopping bag:

  • Food: same as the instructions on your ProPet Profile

  • Towel: labelled with your dog’s name

  • Collar: on leash all the way down to the gate

  • Bed: for comfort otherwise we use spares/extras or mats

If you want to bring your dog’s bed please know that we cannot guarantee that it won’t get chewed or damaged.

If there is no warning of destructive behaviors, any damage to crates or kennels will be invoiced.

We provide food bowls and water buckets.

IMPORTANT: Dogs coming into our care must visit us one month prior to trip for one or two daycare days to prepare for their stay. Please contact us ahead of your travel plans.

NEW: Boarding Cancellation Policy

We are experiencing high demand for boarding kennels and have adjusted our cancellation policy to help keep our availability fair and flexible for everyone.

  • 25% deposit: Required to confirm the boarding reservation. The deposit is refundable as credit only, subject to the cancellation policy.

  • Full payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before your arrival date.

  • Cancellation 7–3 days before arrival: Receive a 50% refundable credit.

  • Cancellation 2–1 days before arrival: Receive a 25% refundable credit.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival or no-show: No refund or credit will be provided.
